DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS
- Completed plans will be delivered in PDF format via email or WhatsApp.
- Printing costs for hard copies are the client's responsibility, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement.
RATES AND PRICING
Our fees are calculated based on project-specific factors, including location, project classification, and total square meterage. The following rates apply:
- Rural Area: Commencing at R30 per SQM, subject to variation depending on the scope of the project.
- Township/Suburb: R100 per SQM.
- Estate: R150 per SQM.
REVISIONS AND SUBMISSIONS
- Revisions are provided complimentary to ensure a seamless submission process.
- We will prepare and submit all necessary documentation to facilitate municipal approval, however, municipal, estate submission, and engineer sign-off fees are excluded from our quoted prices.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Engineer structural drawings: available at a rate of R50 per square meter, multiplied by the total square meters of the project.
- CAD files: available for 30% of the initial plan fee, or complimentary if utilizing our in-house engineering services for structural drawings.
- Quantity Surveying: Complete Bill of Quantities (BOQ) is charged at R50 per square meter, multiplied by the total square meters of the project.
SITE INSPECTION
- A site inspection is a critical component of the design process, enabling us to assess the building site and develop a design that harmonizes with the natural environment.
- Site inspection fees: R15 per kilometer (R30 round trip) for call-out fees, deductible from the total invoice for your house plan.
TURNKEY PROJECT
- We offer a comprehensive Turnkey Project service, assuming responsibility for all aspects of your construction project from design to completion.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Municipal, estate submission, and engineer sign-off fees are the client's responsibility and are not included in our quoted prices.
